Picomy is established in the Netherlands and operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are committed to transparency about how data flows in the Game.

Picomy does not directly store personal data on its own servers. However, we facilitate the processing of certain data through third-party services (such as Photon Cloud) necessary to operate online multiplayer features.

Online features of the Game involve third-party services that process certain data to function. Picomy acts as the game developer but does not control these services' data handling. Real-time multiplayer and matchmaking are powered by Photon Cloud. When you use online features, the following data is transmitted to Photon's servers:

If you use social features such as friends lists, invitations, or online sessions, certain information about your gameplay may be shared with platform services and other players to enable these features.
This may include online identifiers (such as your platform account ID or display name), as well as gameplay-related information (such as your current game status, session participation, or other in-game activity).
This information may be processed and made visible through your platform provider's social and presence systems (such as Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo services).

Platform providers and third-party service providers process this information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
On Steam, the Game may automatically generate and upload replay data to support debugging, quality assurance, and improvement of gameplay systems.
Replay data consists of recorded gameplay input, match state, and session-related metadata used to reconstruct gameplay sessions. This may include player identifiers (such as Steam IDs), gameplay actions, and in-game state.
Replay data is uploaded to and stored via Steam services (Valve Corporation). These uploads are not publicly accessible and are used for internal development and diagnostic purposes only. Replay data is retained for a limited period and is automatically deleted or overwritten after a maximum of 30 days.
Replay data may include information about other players who participated in the same session. Picomy does not use this data for marketing, profiling, or commercial analytics purposes.
Such data collection is limited to what is necessary to ensure the stability, fairness, and proper functioning of online gameplay. This processing is carried out on the basis of Picomy’s legitimate interest in maintaining, debugging, and improving the Game.

Because Picomy does not directly store your personal data, many of these rights will need to be exercised with the relevant third-party platforms (Photon, Steam, Epic, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo). We will assist where we are able to.

Picomy does not retain personal data on its own servers. Local data on your device persists until you uninstall the Game or your platform's save system is cleared. Third-party services retain data according to their own retention policies.
The Game is designed for a general audience and may be enjoyed by players of different ages.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Account creation, age verification, and parental controls are managed by the relevant platform providers (such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, or Epic Games).
Where a player is identified as underage by the platform, certain features or data sharing may be limited in accordance with that platform’s policies.
